Return and exchange:
General conditions for return:
The product must be in its original packaging with all its accessories.
It is allowed to return the product within only 7 days from the date of receipt, and replace the product within 7 days from the date of receipt.
The customer bears the cost of shipping the product.
The product is retrieved by the shipping companies contracting with the Oud Banan Al-Tayeb Trade Store.
In the event of payment through an electronic payment process and the customer requests to return the product, the amount will be returned within 14 working days by bank transfer of the same value.
Conditions for returning Oud Al Tayeb oil:
The fat is tested by applying a few drops so that the quantity is not affected. In the event of a shortage, the customer is not entitled to return the product.
Do not mix the fat with any aromatic extract such as roses or any other materials.
Do not change the box or bottle.
Terms of return of agarwood wood:
The oud must not be broken and its nature must be preserved as it arrived.The customer is allowed to try 3 grams of oud, and if more than that is used, the value of the consumed quantity will be deducted.
